Rory – West Linton
Rory had never driven before but had a plan that he wanted to pass before the summer starting in late March the challenge was set. Having a driving licence in West Linton really was going to change the things Rory would be able to do ver the summer as with freedom of a driving licence the opportunities would be endless.
Rory had passed his theory test before beginning which helped speed things up as that meant once Rory was ready it was just straight into the test. Sometimes not having the theory test done it can get in the way of doing the practical test as you aren’t allowed to book the practical driving test until the theory test has been passed.
We worked really hard doing driving lessons in Peebles, Penicuik, and Edinburgh Rory built knowledge and skills very quickly and driving in so many areas meant that most situations had been discussed.
We booked the test for May in Currie Edinburgh. Rory went on to pass first time with just one driving fault. What a great result and also brilliant news as he now has his licence for the summer. Well done
