Gemma Gass – Driving Lessons

Gemma started driving lessons last summer just before going into  her final year at Peebles high school. Gemma had a very busy summer with lots of events happening such as a family holiday, T in the Park and many more things. We managed to fit the driving lessons around her schedule. As driving lessons progressed Gemma was lucky enough to get access to a car which she could practice in with her mum between driving lessons. This sped the learning up noticeably. The way Gemma was driving just became more natural and her reflexes had become a lot faster to situations on the road ahead. During Gemma’s final year at school she decided that she wanted to leave. Gemma had another plan which put driving lessons on hold for 6 months as she headed to au pair in Spain. Gemma booked a driving test date in Peebles to return to at the end of June though which kept her focused. Upon her return we got straight back into driving lessons. Gemma hadn’t forgotten anything which was great. As test rolled around we did one last drive around Peebles before arriving at the test centre. We discussed that as long as Gemma took her time she had nothing at all to worry about. I was delighted upon her return to find that she had passed with just two small faults and was told that she had driven very well. This sets her up for the summer. Well done Gemma.
