Adam – Edinburgh
After finishing school Adam decided it was time to try and get himself on the road. Adam was into his rugby and going to the gym, and was also about to begin college on the other side of Edinburgh which being able to drive to was going to make a huge difference. We went out driving regularly from week to week. Adam had a job doing landscape gardening and maintenance during the summer so we had to fit driving lessons around this. He did really well as even if he had had a busy day at work which could be pretty tiring as it was physical work. He always managed to remain focused during driving lessons and stay enthusiastic. After successfully passing his theory test we managed to find a test for the beginning of November 4 weeks before the new driving test was due to begin. This added a little pressure that if on the of chance Adam wasn’t successful, we would have to resist and the driving test was very likely to be in the new format. Fortunately, he didn’t have to worry about this at all asĀ Adam did really well passing with minimal faults at the Currie test centre in Edinburgh.
