Jacqueline was in search of a driving instructor as she had recently relocated from London to Edinburgh to live with her parents. During our initial driving lesson, we were able to assess Jacqueline’s skill level and devise a plan for me to assist her as an instructor.
Our primary focus was on perfecting clutch control and general vehicle handling. With Jacqueline’s quick learning ability, she was able to grasp the concepts quickly and between driving lessons, she practised with her parents to further improve her skills.
As our driving lessons progressed, we built up momentum and were soon contemplating mock driving tests. In the meantime, Jacqueline was searching for jobs in Edinburgh and had just secured a position starting in January after completing an interview.
Driving was coming together swiftly, and we were making considerable progress. The next step was for Jacqueline to book her theory test, which she did in early January, just before starting her new job. Jacqueline successfully found a driving test that fit our schedule, allowing us enough time to work out any minor details and ensure she was ready for the test.
On the test day, Jacqueline showed great performance and passed her driving test on her first attempt at the Currie test centre in Edinburgh. This achievement gives Jacqueline the freedom to drive and navigate the roads with ease. Congratulations, Jacqueline!
