Alex from Blackford Passes Driving Test with Confidence
Alex, a resident of Blackford in Edinburgh, reached out about learning to drive after feeling unsatisfied with his previous instructor. Balancing college and a bar-restaurant job, Alex was flexible and eager to improve. Our lessons quickly exposed him to the challenges of Edinburgh’s roads, particularly in the Blackford area. This accelerated his learning as he encountered a wide variety of driving scenarios each week.
We focused on preparing for the Currie test centre, where I was able to guide him using detailed knowledge of the area and online resources. Alex made rapid progress, perfecting his skills through mock driving tests and addressing any weak spots along the way.
As the test date approached, Alex used an app to find a cancellation that suited his schedule. With a final practice a few days before the test, we ensured that Alex was fully prepared. On test day, he performed exceptionally well, passing with compliments from the examiner. Alex is now ready to drive around Edinburgh whenever he pleases. Well done, Alex!
