Courtney – Carrington Midlothian
Courtney had never driven before, where Courtney lived she could only rely on lifts as no public transport didn’t exist. This meant she had the motivation to pass as soon as possible and so did the people giving her lifts.
Together we worked through all the areas of driving, and then with private practice as well with her auntie Courtney soon gained a really good understanding and way with driving. Progress was really starting to build from week to week and she was getting more and more consistent.
After practising in Roslin and Bonnyrigg and mastering all the challenges these areas had to offer it was time to head into Edinburgh and have a look at some of the busier sections of road. Courtney did ell adapting to some of the busier driving situations and always kept calm and focused when things were harder.
Courtney went on to sit her driving test in Musselburgh in Edinburgh passing with compliments from the examiner. Courtney was lucky enough to have her own car so once she passed was free to do whatever she liked. Well done.
