James – Edinburgh
James started driving lessons in the Summer of 2014 and had after a short break found out that his driving instructor did not have enough room anymore for him so started with me. We had to figure out exactly what level James was at as he wasn’t starting from the beginning. At the start of our first lesson, we had a brief discussion about what sort of things he had been up to with his other driving instructor to try and roughly figure out what level to pitch the first driving lesson at.
After a few driving lessons, we had more than figured out where we were and also managed to fill in a lot of the blanks in James knowledge..
James and I came up with a plan that we would aim to sit his driving test in November. Working hard together James and I carried out a mock driving test, this gave us a detailed idea if under pressure was there anything that needed to be tightened up. After addressing these small things James was ready to sit his test in November as we had planned. I was delighted to find out when the driving examiner returned with James that he had and passed first time!
