Nicola Dryburgh – Edinburgh
Nicola had taken some driving lessons last year with another driving instructor but never got round to going for her driving test. Nicola got in touch earlier this year to see if we could go out and finish what she had started. We had the added pressure that Nicola had passed her theory test just under two years ago and her certificate was due to run out at the start of summer so we needed to be ready and passed the driving test by then. After going out it was clear that Nicola had lots of skills we just needed to fine tune them. We did this while driving around the centre of Edinburgh and Currie. Not before too long Nicola seemed to be getting very consistent so we tried a mock test which was great as it showed her what the real test as going to be like and highlighted Nicola’s strengths and weaknesses. Test day came round and Nicola stepped up to the challenge showing the examiner what she could do. Well done Nicola!
