Hannah – Nine Mile Burn
Well done Hannah who managed to pass her driving test on her first attempt in Edinburgh at the Currie test centre. Hannah had originally had her driving test booked for earlier in February, unfortunately, the weather had taken a slight turn on the day and with a morning of snow, it was enough to cancel her driving test. I felt really sorry for Hannah as we were all set and ready to give the driving test ago but this wasn’t going to happen.
Hannah was fortunate enough to book a driving test for a week and a half later, as time got closer the weather seemed to be all over the place with regular storms and all sorts of weather each day. I was regularly trying to keep an eye on the weather forecast to see if snow was mentioned but I was happy to see there wasn’t any mention of it.
On the day of Hannahs driving test she was still off school as it was her half-term break this was great as she could relax and be ready for her test, I collected her mid-day and we drove up into Edinburgh doing a quick warm-up and getting back into it after she had been away not driving on her February break. Everything went well and we arrived and parked up at the test centre ready for Hannah to give it a go.
I was confident that Hannah had nothing to be worried about and I was delighted to hear on her return that she had passed her driving test on her first attempt. This now gives Hannah the freedom to come and go regularly from Nine Mile Burn. Well done Hannah.
