Sarah Cooney – Penicuik Midlothian
Sarah started driving lessons in Penicuik last year and was a joy to go out with each week. Sarah always had questions about things which showed she was interested and was following what we were doing. After a few weeks of mastering Penicuik during our driving lessons it was time to challenge Sarah further and move out of the Penicuik area and see what the challenges we could find on the edge of Edinburgh. Not before to long we were looking at manouvers and gaining important control of the car which could be used in so many other areas of driving. Sarah was progressing very well and each lesson managed to improve on an area meaning progress was always happening. After a bit of practice we decided to try a mock driving test in the Currie area of Edinburgh where Sarah would be sitting her real driving test soon. Sara did very well with a few mistakes as most people make in a mock driving test. We worked hard to fix any of these errors and once we had, it was time to book the driving test and show the driving examiner what Sarah was capable of! Sarah drove extremely well on her driving test and managed to overcome her test day nerves passing with only 2 driving faults! Well done.
