Paul – Newington Edinburgh
It seems like Paul started driving lessons a long time ago as he started driving lessons at the end of 2019. When we were starting to get into things and building a little momentum coronavirus brought everything to a stop. Then after a six-month lockdown driving lessons began again in Edinburgh. Paul was then in the situation of trying to find and sit a theory test. After another year Paul got back in touch and we resumed driving lessons, this time Paul had successfully passed his theory test and we now just needed to bring everything together for the driving test.
With a busy work schedule, Paul and I found days and times we were both free to go out driving. We would discuss lots of driving situations and talk about common and uncommon scenarios that we might come across on the road. Paul was really good at problem-solving various situations and always seemed relaxed when driving around Edinburgh.
Paul managed to find a driving test in Edinburgh at the Currie test centre which was still a good few weeks away but between us we both had short breaks coming up so when we actually broke down the times we would be able to go out it sounded perfect.
On the day of the driving test, Paul and I headed across Edinburgh trying to apply everything that we had covered in previous driving lessons. Paul was driving well and I was confident that he was going to be good for the test. I was right to have confidence Paul passed with no problem at all on his first attempt. Well done.
