Euan Henderson – Morningside Edinburgh
Euan was desperate to start driving as soon as he was 17, we managed to go out on the week of his 17th birthday and started driving lessons in a quiet housing estate just off Morningside. Within the first lesson Euan managed to get to grips with the basics of the car, and we managed to drive back to his house using some of the main roads to finish. Not before long we were looping up Morningside road trying to get used to how to plan ahead with what was happening. In Morningside in Edinburgh there always seems to be something happening ahead. The manouvers came very naturally to Euan and once he started practicing with his mum and dad in the family car the progression was incredible. Disappointingly Euan’s first driving test was cancelled due to icy conditions which was a shame as both of us were geared up for it. Euan managed to get another test which was just under a week away which was great. Not only did Euan pass he did so with zero faults this was incredible as it is very rare and Amy who sat her test 6 days earlier also managed to pass with no faults. I was ecstatic!
