Oli – Polwarth
Oli’s mum got in touch with me to set up his driving lessons just in time for his seventeenth birthday. After successfully helping Oli’s sister pass her driving test, I was thrilled to get started with Oli.
As we began our lessons in Edinburgh, we faced plenty of challenges and obstacles to tackle. But with our first lesson, we focused on mastering the basics and perfecting clutch control, which would lay the foundation for all of Oli’s future driving skills.
Before long, we were cruising around the Morningside area, which was filled with hazards and potential roadblocks. But with each lesson, Oli’s progress was evident, and he was even practising with his mum and dad in between our sessions.
When we finally scheduled his driving test at the Currie driving test centre in Edinburgh, I knew Oli was ready. With one final practice session just before the test, Oli impressed me with his control and awareness of his surroundings.
And the best part? Oli passed his driving test on the first try! I was overjoyed to hear the news and congratulate him on his achievement. Well done, Oli!
