Lewis – Edinburgh
Lewis had actually started driving lessons with me a few years ago but hadn’t seen it right through to the end, then over the last few years so many events have happened and got in the way that at the start of 2022 Lewis got in touch to let me know he had finally sat and successfully past his theory test. He now wanted to go out regularly and hopefully pull it all together and get on the road soon.
Going out on our first lesson this year Lewis did really well he had a more positive approach to driving and was very determined from the first time we went out, we quickly came up with a plan of what we needed to do and achieve in order for us to get things ready.
Lewis worked hard during driving lessons and thought about many points in between going out, he was always full of questions about various scenarios and made sure that he had a good understanding of complicated bits of road in Edinburgh. We got a driving test in Edinburgh booked and had a clear plan in each driving lesson as to what we were trying to do. Everything was on track and we were all set to go then, unfortunately, the day before Lewis’ driving test he got an email to say that his driving examiner was no longer available (possibly and coronavirus thing) I felt so sorry for Lewis as we were ready.
Luckily Lewis managed to get another driving test in Edinburgh booked for a few weeks later and everyone stayed in good health allowing Lewis to sit and pass his driving test on his first attempt in Edinburgh at the Currie driving test centre. Well done.
