Ales – West Linton
Ales’ mum arranged for driving lessons to begin on Ales’ seventeenth birthday. Unfortunately, the DVSA messed up issuing his provisional and ended up delaying everything for another 4 weeks. When you are seventeen and excited about driving those four weeks feel more like four years!
It got even worse for Alea just when he did receive his provisional driving licence, Ales was going away on holiday with his family so it ended up being six weeks after his birthday that we began.
Ales took to driving very quickly and getting to practise with his mum and dad out with driving lessons sped things up tremendously, Ales would usually consolidate what we had been learning during lessons. After successfully passing his theory test Ales managed to get a driving test booked for the start of November. This was great as it gave us a deadline to work towards. He sat it and passed first time with minimal faults. Well done.
