Edinburgh driving lessons

 Kieran Wyness – Dolphinton

Kieran started driving lessons just before summer this year, he was right in the middle of revising for his final sixth year exams at Biggar high school. We were very fortunate enough that Kieran had already done a little bit of driving before starting lessons as he had been on a few young driver courses where Kieran had got to grips with the basics. After going out a few times heading down to the Penicuik area we decided to up the challenge and head to Edinburgh. This way we could look at bigger roundabouts and things like the Edinburgh city bypass during our driving lessons. Kieran did really well and after driving around Edinburgh started practicing with his mum and dad between lessons in his mums car. This made a noticeable difference and really sped things up. Kieran being a very keen golfer was getting to drive from Dolphinton all the way down to Gullane. Once Kieran had completed his theory test it was time to book the driving test. We managed to get a date for September which would be here before we knew it. Kieran had also just started university in Edinburgh so everything was happening at once for him. Kieran drove so well in the driving lessons on the lead up to the test that I was not surprised to find out that on the day he passed first time in Edinburgh with only three driving faults. An excellent result. Well done.
